Align and drill appropriately
The Alkathene Cup (Female)
The alkathene cup portion is secured to the background
with a no. 2 round head screw for the small, no. 6 round
head screw for the medium or a no. 8 screw for the large.
Bond or screw fix female
locators into correct
positions. Screw through
the fasteners, then loosen a
quarter turn

The Acrylic Stud (Male)
The acrylic stud has a point enabling the sign letter to be
pressed onto a paper layout which provides an accurate
drilling guide for the background. For narrower letter
strokes, the base diameter of the medium stud can be
reduced to 11mm (to match socket) by snapping off along ‘v’
section grooves with cutters.
