SIGN CHANNEL.
Fix it to the wall and hang banners from it.
To do this you will need two pieces of sign channel 50mm longer than your banner, pre drilled
with fixing holes approx 300mm apart. The banner will need to be eyeletted with a minimum
eyelet hole size of 9mm (standard size #3 11.5mm eyelets will be fine).

Fix two rows of pre-cut sign channel the depth of your banner to the wall. Slide the square M8
bolt heads to the approximate position in the sign channel – this is where the eyelets will fall.
Sandwich the banner eyelets between the large penny washers, front and back, and fit over
the bolt threads and secure with nut, tension the banner from left to right gently pulling and
tightening all the bolts until you reach the far end.
We sell a kit to help you do this, head to page 123 to find out more. How convenient...
Use it to fit signs to Palisade fencing
with NO visible fixings... Nice!
Normally signage is fitted to palisade fencing types by screwing through the signage and fence to secure.
Visible fixings can be avoided and you can look super clever by fitting the signage using the steps below.
1
Prepare panel with channel, cut
and drilled flat bar and M8 nuts,
bolts and washers
4
Place the washer under the nut and
tighten to hold the panel in place
2
3
Slide the bolt heads into the channel,
place the sign against the fence and
position the bolt heads
Position the flat bar over the bolts on
the other side of the fence as shown
5
Repeat the process with the bottom
run of channel to secure your sign
RIGHT, Over to you... GO SAVE THE DAY.
