Making a double-sided sign to fit the Projectapole
brackets
Make two sign trays as follows…
If using:
40mm pole: you will need a 23mm return on each sign tray
50mm pole: you will need a 28mm return on each sign tray
Make cut-outs top and bottom (52mm square to accommodate the 50mm pole) as per
diagram, (or 42mm square to accomodate the 40mm pole) to allow for the sign to be
inserted over and supported by the Projecta Poles.

Fold panel and screw to the Projecta Pole top and bottom to secure panels in place

Seal around the edge with silicone (not essential)
Securely install poles using thunderbolts or chemical fixings
