When working with transparent PPF films and wrap vinyls, contamination on wheels can damage your vinyls and cause all kinds
of issues… Car Wrapping, PPF, Window Tints, Car Care and more, are all activities that require maximum cleanliness of the car
and the environment in which you operate.
There are parts of the vehicle that are difficult to clean and characterised by extremely fine and volatile impurities, which are very
harmful. The tyre, rim, wheel hub, discs and brake calipers are the parts of the vehicle most likely to be saturated by impurities.
A good wash can remove the contamination present in these areas but it cannot remove brake dust powder, polishing products or
tyre/rubber blackener, for example, often responsible for this problem. For these reasons, the “MANIAC” wheel cover by OXY TOOLS
was born.
