Penloc 1:1R is a non-flammable and low-odour fast curing, toughened
acrylic 2-part structural adhesive. Penloc 1:1R will bond almost any material
combination* giving an extremely strong join.
Penloc 1:1R is ideally suited for use in poorly ventilated workspaces or for
on-site work where COSHH or odour may prohibit the use of other adhesive
products.
The 12ml cartridges have integral plungers to dispense the adhesive, the perfect size for your
toolbox or those one off jobs where just a small amount is needed - eliminating any waste.

Penloc® GTi Clear is a 2-part fast curing (5 mins) structural adhesive
ideally suited for bonding materials where a clear bond line is
preferable such as glass and acrylic. Penloc® GTi Clear will bond
just about any material combination.
Use to construct
lightboxes and backlit
signs without showing
any shadow.
Please note: this mixture will begin
to cure within a couple of minutes
within the nozzle if you are not
continually working.
We would suggest purchasing
additional nozzles and changing
them regularly.
• Bonds most materials including metals, composites, plastics, glass, wood, stone
and more
• Cure time 5-7 minutes to handling strength
• 80% of full bond strength within an hour
• Full bond strength 4-6 hours
• The adhesive will cure to clear when clamped between two clear substrates for one
hour - however, when applied as an exposed bead it will cure to an off white colour
Will not bond low surface energy materials such as PP, PE, PTFE, Silicon & Nylon.
