punchpro adjustable hole punch
Inspired by the Corner Pro 4, this versatile new PunchPro
punch allows you to not only punch holes in the corners of
your boards but also at any point along the edge!
Not only this, but both the distance from the edge or corner
to the centre of the hole is adjustable, allowing you to punch
consistent, accurate holes effortlessly in every panel with no
need to keep remeasuring.
The PunchPro works well with aluminium, dibond, formica,
laminate, veneers, magnet, rowmark applique or sheet metal.
A choice of 3mm, 4.5mm, 6mm or 8mm diameter hole punches
are available.
This hole punch will out-perform any other punch on the
market for a fraction of the cost! It features a heavy duty,
powder coated steel base with a cam operated lever action
and hardened steel cutters with hardened anodised aluminium
bodies for a long life.
Its dies are can be changed within seconds, minimising
downtime on any job.
Adjustable guide blocks have 4 pre-set positions in from the
sides and corners which relate to the position of the hole in
relation to the edge or corner of the board to the centre of
the hole. These are pre-set to 12mm, 16mm, 20mm or 24mm.
You can use packers to adjust these pre-set positions further if
required.
Suitable for punching:
• Up to 3mm diameter holes in 3mm aluminium
• Up to 4.5mm holes in 0.5mm brass, 3mm flexible plastics and
dibond
• Up to 6mm diameter holes in 0.5mm brass, 3mm flexible
plastics and dibond
• Up to 8mm diameter holes in 0.5mm brass, 3mm flexible
plastic and dibond
Base and dies supplied separately.
