Specification
Although every effort is made to supply goods as described, specifications are occasionally subject to change without notification due
to unforeseeable circumstances. If this effects the functionality of the product you will be advised of this at time of purchase.
Risk
• The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery
• Whilst every effort will be made to supply goods of the correct type & quality and on time the company cannot be held responsible
for consequential loss or damage, however caused
• It is the buyers responsibilty to establish the suitability of goods & materials for the purpose for which they were purchased
• Bespoke items made to order/cut to size or special order are non-returnable
Returns
• Goods should be returned to the company at the customers expense. Such returns can only be made with the companies
authorisation. The customer must notify the company within 24 hours of receipt of goods if their intention is to return them and
obtain a goods return number
• Non faulty goods returned will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, carriage costs will be at the customers expense.
• All returns must be in their original packaging and condition
• If the company is satisfied that the goods have been returned due to being defective, return carriage charges will be reimbursed &
replacements sent
IMPORTANT
• Please note the weight and size of the product you are purchasing and ensure you are able to lift it!
• Some items will require assistance and/or appropriate equipment to off-load from the delivery vehicle - please consider this PRIOR
to purchase!
• Please also ensure your location is adequately accessible - delivery drivers may refuse to deliver goods if there is inappropriate
access or assistance is not provided by the receiver.
• Regretfully items returned to Signgeer due to the above reasons, will be refunded less the outward and return delivery costs.
Offensive Weapons Act - Under the Offensive Weapons Act, it is an offence to sell knives, knife blades or any other product that
may be perceived as an offensive weapon to persons under the age of 18. These products are only available for customers aged 18 or
over. Customers should not order these items for persons under 18. By placing an order on our website, you agree to our terms and
conditions of sale and hence confirm that you are over 18 years of age and can legally purchase products covered by the Offensive
Weapons Act.

Title
• The goods shall remain the property of Signgeer until full payment has been received. The company shall reserve the right to
recover all products and enter the customer’s premises using reasonable force for the purpose of doing so.
By placing an order, the customer is making an offer and the contract will only be formed if that order is accepted by the company.
Taking payment does not constitute acceptance of the order.
Signgeer will only accept business on these conditions & the placing of an order signifies full acceptance of these conditions by
the buyer.
Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
